The Board Room - For the most enjoyable private dinner or party try our "Board Room" dining area in an exquisite historic setting with an ornate wallpapered ceiling.




Judges Chambers Suite - The Bank of Oberlin building became the Decatur Co. Courthouse in 1896 after the failure of the Bank. The prominent second floor corner office became the Judge's chambers. This suite features a tall walnut Victorian bed , Victorian settee and wallpaper. The spacious bathroom features a claw foot tub & walnut vanity.


R.A. Marks Suite - Named after The Bank's founder, the room features a spoon carved bedroom set, a vintage Murphy bed, a Victorian corner sink, and a large picture of Buffalo Bill Cody who spent time in the area. The bathroom includes an antique sink.




Cottage Victorian Suite - Named after the room's unique furnishings. Cottage Victorian is stenciled pine furniture that was more affordable in the 1800's, but is rare today. The yellow rose stenciled set includes two beds. The bathroom has an antique pedestal sink.



Fireside Suite - Named after the fireplace that graces this room. This cozy suit features a small sitting room and a bathroom complete w/ antique advertising and barber shop items.



Carriage House Loft Suites - This two room suite can be rented as one unit or separately with a shared bath. This room strays from the Victorian charm of the rest of the building and features 1900's arts and crafts paneling, wallpaper and furnishings.



The Guest Parlor adjoins The Bank of Oberlin in the carriage house addition, and features an eastlake fireplace, and an antique German game table under a beautiful stained glass window. An open staircase leads down to the second floor sitting area.



Ad Astra Suite - This first floor suite's namesake is the Kansas State Motto, "To the Stars through Difficulties". This Victorian suite features handicap accessible doorways and bathroom, a leaded glass window and TV.






Courtyard Suite - This first floor suite overlooks the landscaped courtyard and features a separate entrance. Inside the suite you will find a relaxing in-room Jacuzzi, and TV. The bathroom features a unique corner shower.



Exercise/Game Room - Guests will find antique rowing machines, bicycle and other vintage equipment in the basement. The area also has a cedar sauna and TV lounge.


The Teller Room - Located in the original bank lobby this area is highlighted by fourteen foot wood ceilings, massive arched pine windows and gas style lighting. Coffees, desserts, and limited gourmet dining is served to the general public. Overnight guests can enjoy a quiet meal in the elegant "Board" Room private dining room.
