Alpine Chalet

e invite you to come experience Whistler's brand new bed and breakfast accommodation, the Alpine Chalet! This luxurious Inn is located just five minutes from the base of Whistler Mountain Resort and Whistler Village, in Canada. Our location puts us right in the heart of all winter and summer activities. In the winter, we are minutes from the lifts, and in the summer, world class golfing, mountain biking and hiking are available right out the door. Experience panoramic views from one of our eight unique guest rooms, or relax with a nice book in front of the fireplace in the lounge. Your host, Vlasta, will greet you with warm hospitality at the Alpine Chalet.

We offer eight beautifully decorated guestrooms at the Alpine Chalet. Pine, Maple, and Spruce are some of the guest room names, used to reflect the trees growing in the Whistler region. We have six rooms located on the second floor, and two on the main floor. All rooms include private bathrooms, televisions, telephones, and a balcony or a large window to enjoy the views.

Fresh Gourmet Breakfast is served every morning in our elegant dinning room from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. If needed, we can cater to special diets such as vegetarian, low-fat, or restricted. We also provide an "apres-ski" afternoon tea and coffee, along with a pastry or small sandwich, or perhaps our legendary Christmas cookies. We also offer Friday evening full-course formal dinners with gourmet European entrees. We can take dinner requests for groups of 6 or more for other evenings also.

The rate for double occupancy per room, is between $175 and $295 CAD depending on your room preference and the season. The rate for each additional person is $40 CAD. The Alpine Chalet has a minimum 2 night stay. Reservations may be confirmed online, or by phone, fax, or email. A 50% deposit is required with your reservation and the balance is payable upon your arrival. The Alpine Chalet's cancellation policy will refund 75% of your deposit payment if cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be made within 30 days of your arrival date.

Directions to property: From Vancouver, take Highway 99 North and cross the Lions Gate Bridge. You can also take Highway 1 (Trans Canada Highway) North across the Second Narrows Bridge. Then follow the "Sea to Sky Highway" (Highway 99) to Whistler. The trip from Vancouver to Whistler should take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, 105 km (65 miles). From Seattle, travel on I-5 North to the US-Canada border. Then travel on Highway 99 to Vancouver. The trip from Seattle to Whistler should take approximately 4 hours, 330 km (200 miles). As you approach Whistler, approximately 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) past Whistler Creekside (Husky Gas Station) turn left at the Alta Vista neighborhood sign onto Hillcrest Drive, then a quick right onto Alpine Crescent and we are on the left hand side about a block away at the corner of Alpine Crescent and Archibald Way.
