Bed and Breakfast Inns of North Americaur newly established B&B is located at the mouth of the Fraser River in an historically rich area of Ladner known as Canoe Pass. Boaters, walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers have long enjoyed it hereCanoe Pass Inn as wonderfully scenic and restful spot to spend a day. We are an established fishing family that currently use these docks as our home base. The unique experience of spending a night on a floating home with an uninterrupted view of the river. Romantic moonlight on the water, starry nights, Canoe Pass Innclouds of every color, and nature as can only be seen on the mouth of an estuary.

Take your time and lounge around on the docks and wave to the fishing boats or pleasure crafts that pass by on a warm summers day. Perhaps you may have the unique opportunity to see Colin bringing in his catch onto these docks. Also local ecotours, boat rentals and sports fishing are available. Just across the river is Westham Island which is home to the world famous Reifel Bird Sanctuary. We are directly in the flight path of countless migratory birds. And, of course our resident ducks, swans, and eagles are always delightful companions. Although we seem like we're hundreds of miles fromCanoe Pass Inn the hustle and bustle of city life, in fact we're not, downtown Vancouver is only 35 minutes away, the U.S. border is about 30 minutes and the Tsawssan Ferry Terminal is only about 15 minutes.

The rooms are very spacious, decorative, private and have super soundproofing, ensuite, gas fireplace, cozy queen-size beds and TV. Enjoy a scrumptious hardy farmers breakfast on the dock or in the privacy of your own suite.
