Caprice Heights Bed & Breakfast is centrally located on Salt Spring Island halfway between Ganges and Fulford Harbour. We are at the 750' level which affords a panoramic view over the surrounding Gulf Islands to Vancouver, and south to 
Mount Baker. We have 5 sunny acres of treed and rocky land to explore and regular visits from the local deer. Our comfortable bed/sitting room with Queen and single beds has a private bathroom and entrance foyer. For total privacy, ask for the timber frame coach house, which has both a bedroom and large area for relaxation, and of course, its own bathroom. 
Each unit has a TV and VCR. We have a large deck to enjoy the view or spend time with a good book. Sunbathe on our moss-covered rocky outcrop.
For those up early enough, the sunrises over the mountain peaks on the far horizon are truly spectacular. We aim to pamper our guests with little extras and a scrumptious breakfast with fresh fruit and home baking in a friendly atmosphere. The island offers much for the visitor including many outdoor activities such as walks along the mountain trails, picnics on little-known beaches, kayaking , or cycling. Our waterfront village of Ganges offers art galleries, craft shops, and fine restaurants. We enjoy warm Gulf Island weather with less rain than nearby Vancouver, and hot, dry summers.
