Bed and Breakfast Inns of North America erched on the hillside overlooking scenic Mill Bay, Ocean Breeze B&B is a 75 year old character home that will delight you with its spectacular ocean views, comfort and generous hospitality. We are located just a short 30 minute drive north of Victoria.

Our three guest rooms are tastefully and professionally decorated with fine linens and warm pine furniture. All of our rooms have private bathrooms. You can read and relax in front of the fireplace in our main guest lounge or watch one of the many movies from our selection. Take a stroll around the property and sample an apple, plum or pear from one of our fruit trees. Colourful blossoms in season and shrubs add to the ambiance.

A delicious breakfast is served every morning in our dining room where you can share your travel experiences with guests from all over the world. Visit the internationally famous Butchart Gardens by taking our "little ferry" across to the gardens. We pride ourselves in making your stay at Ocean Breeze Bed & Breakfast a memorable one. Our guests arrive as strangers, however, they leave as friends.
