Buckingham: With pastel stripes and floral wall paper this beautiful 2 room suite located on the 2nd. floor in the older part of the house. The sitting area is in the turret and has wrap around leaded glass window which over looks the Niagara Gorge. This room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a fireplace in the sitting area as well as cable t.v. and air-conditioning.

Kensington: This room is on the 2nd floor of the older part of the house has been completely restored . The walls are covered in a Victorian paper of pale greens with beautiful peach coloured morning glory vine .. Beautiful windows have been added to take advantage of the view of the Niagara River. This room has a queen bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and a personal size Jacuzzi tub. It also has a fireplace with a sitting area, cable t.v. and air conditioning.

Windsor: This room is the largest of the 4, at just over 450 square feet. It is in the newer part of the house on the 3rd. floor. It has 14' cathedral type ceilings, formal living room with a corner fireplace. The custom wallpaper has a very light background with burgundy climbing roses and gives this room elegant feel. It has a wonderful view of the Niagara Gorge and River. This room has a king bed. There is a large ensuite bathroom with shower and personal Jacuzzi tub. The main feature of this bathroom is the custom Victorian sink.

Balmoral: This room is the newer part of the house on the 3rd. floor. This room is very large at over 350 square feet. It has 14' cathedral ceilings, and a king size bed. The pale yellow wall paper with pink roses give this room a very bright and airy feel. The focal point of this room is the beautiful 4' arched window over the Fireplace. This room also has a formal sitting area in front of the fireplace, cable t.v. and air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a shower as well as a personal Jacuzzi tub with a custom made Victorian sink.
