richly furnished with antiques, set in the Casa Loma neighbourhood,
has kept its original charm with its stained and leaded glass windows
and its scrolled living room ceiling. Artwork and crafts from many trips
decorate your home away from home. Unwind with hot chocolate or tea
in the second floor guests' sitting room before retiring for the night.
The
three air-conditioned guest rooms feature either a skylight for star
gazers, a private porch/sitting room, or a private bathroom. Your hosts
will greet you with a warm breakfast in the dining room with its rich
wood beams and oak trim, or on the outside deck, weather permitting.
Early breakfast is available upon request to accommodate your busy business
or sightseeing schedule.
FAX and computer
services are also offered, as well as a guest phone line for local calls.
For your sightseeing and exploration planning, your hosts will be pleased
to offer you guidance in English or French. Close to subway, University
of Toronto, Yorkville, downtown shopping, restaurants, theatres, museums.
Our three guest
bedrooms include:

room with a queen size bed and down duvet (winter)
with a skylight and a shared bathroom. Very bright
and cheery room with antique furniture and thick rug.
One room with
twin beds/king size bed and down duvet (winter) with a private sunporch
and a shared bathroom. Bright room decorated with wicker, antique
furniture and small Tunisian rug.
One
room with a queen size bed and down duvet (winter)
and an ensuite bathroom (shower). Antique furniture
and 1865 cast iron bed frame. Irown works night tables
with very exclusive night lamps and a very thick rug.
A
den/library is available for the exclusive use of our
guests with a fireplace, a small television and books
on art and others. We supply all tourist information
on the different museums, art gallery, downtown and
subway maps, etc. as well as menus of different restaurants
in town.
Enjoy
our backyard deck with baskets of flowers and wicker
furniture to sit and relax at the end of the day or
to enjoy your coffee after breakfast.
