uiet 1870s home in eastern Prince Edward Island has antiques, quilts, and unusual art from our travels around the world. Join us for tea on our verandah overlooking the Brudenell River. Roseneath B&B offers gardens and nature trails within its 90 acres, as well as seal-watching cruises and superb beaches nearby and the Brudenell Golf Course next door. Bicycles and fishing rods available. Smoke-free. No pets please (2 cats in residence). Home-cooked breakfast included. Two rooms with queen-size bed and private ensuite bath, and one room with two double beds and private ensuite bath. • We call it "ROSENEATH'S BEST BED AND BREAKFAST BY A DAM SITE!" Our Victorian home was built in 1868 beside mills in eastern Prince Edward Island. The mills and the dam have disappeared but our family remain to welcome you to the Brudenell valley.
• Comfortably furnished with antiques, quilts, grandma Dewar's hooked rugs, and exotic curios from travels around the world.
• Perennial gardens and nature trails through the property; superb beaches and seal-watching cruises nearby; golf course next door.
• The old railway bridge on PEI's Rails-to-Trails is only one field away and overlooks some of the river's best trout-fishing sites. Bicycles and fishing rods available.
• Pump organ, gramophone, piano, TV/VCR in the living room and often blue herons and bald eagles over the river for your entertainment.
• When you arrive, join us for tea on the verandah. Coffee will be served in your room each morning half an hour before full breakfast in the dining room.
