80's in the summer.
La Perla B&B can assist you with a typical Mexican Serenata. It can consist of a full Mariachi or a simple trio. The evening Serenata always begins with the giver being present with the musicians below your balcony. If you are celebrating a birthday, Las Mañanitas are given in the wee hours of the morning, 4 to 6 AM. Las Mañanitas are given for birthdays only. The entire house will be invited to participate with your celebration.
La Perla B&B, being in the heart of Guadalajara, is within walking
distance of all major attractions. Cathedral Metropolitana, Teatro Degollado,
Templo Expiatorio, Ex-Convento Del Carmen, Instituto Cultural Cabañas, Museo
Regional De Guadalajara, University of Guadalajara, just to
name
a few. In addition, there are over 30 Art Galleries within walking distance.
La Perla B&B is also within walking distance of Mercado Libertad (San Juan de
Dios). Mercado Libertad is the main local shopping center. There are over 1000
privately owned stores. Where you can find everything from Versace, Diesel,
Prada, Hugo Boss, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Vans, Puma, Louis Vuitton, perfumes,
leather, crafts, Mexican glass, pewter, silver jewelry, gold jewelry, miniatures,
textiles, household accessories, ceramics, works of papier-maché, copper
and wood basketry. Mercado Libertad is where the Mexicans shop 
for
the best buys. La Perla B&B is also within walking distance of El Centro Joyero
Wholesale-Retail Jewelry District. It consists of buildings, forming a mega shopping
center for jewelry.
Even after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping, you will find it impossible not to succumb to the tempting invitation to go out at night. Guadalajara is a city of music, you can choose a tranquil Bohemian bar or an extravagant disco with the ultimate in technology and music. DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS A deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay is due at the time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card through PayPal, or by calling us. From the United States, dial 011-52-33-3-826-6961. The balance is due upon arrival, and if paid in cash (US Dollars or Pesos) we give a 5% discount on the balance. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you cannot make your reservation, we will attempt to re-rent the space reserved
for you. If re-rented, you will receive a refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation
fee. If unable to re-rent your space, we will gladly give you a Gift Certificate
for 75% of your deposit toward a future stay.
