Gold Zone and Mazatlans three islands. In addition, this bed & breakfast Inn sits in an upscale beach neighborhood across from the famous malecon where you can walk or bike along the ocean for miles. The Mazatlan Ocean Front Inn has six rooms, with three oceanfront! There are multiple terraces for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying the spectacular views of Mazatlan. This incredible Inn is the place to watch 
the most amazing sunsets in the world from the comfort of your own ocean front terraza.
The full service kitchen is available for guest use and has all the comforts of home! After visiting all the fabulous restaurants Mazatlan has to offer, you may want to try your hand at some Mexican cooking of your own!
The Inn has a spacious dining area looking onto the interior garden courtyard & fountain with a view of the Pacific! Dining table has seating for 6 and a gorgeous granite bar for making margaritas or visiting with other guests around the happy hour. Beer, soft drinks, and snacks are complimentary. 
The Inn has various terrazas for you to enjoy with unprecedented ocean front views! From any of the four terrazas you can sunbathe, people watch, stargaze, or watch the many 
sailboats, fishermen, and catamarans enjoying the islands and calm waters in front of theInn. The Mazatlan Ocean Front Inn takes pride in their spacious, ocean front terrazas and from here you will experience the most breathtaking sunsets on earth.
Be prepared to relax with gorgeous views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This area includes a T.V. (with satellite), DVD, video player, and music system. You can also find a comfortable spot and relax with a good book and listen to the calming waves of the ocean.
Your hosts at the Mazatlan Ocean Front Inn are Jim & Candace Penn and we are full time residents of Mazatlan. Weoccupy the third level of the property and are available to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible.
Candace can help plan and book activities throughout the week as well as give recommendations on some fabulous restaurants. Jim is an avid fisherman and is available for guided trips to Lake El Salto (world famous bass lake) and near shore fishing for Jack Crevally, better known as Toro in Mexico. This is a non-smoking rental property. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In consideration of all guests, pets are not allowed. In order to insure a relaxing atmosphere for adults, we are not able to accept children under the age of 12.
