APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP

Ingredients

  • 3 cooking apples, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 package fresh cranberries
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with liquid
  • 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Layer first three ingredients in 13x9x2" lightly greased baking dish. Combine brown sugar and flour, cut in butter, then stir in oats and pecans. Crumble over fruit.

    Bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream.
