CARAMEL PECAN PIE

Palmer, Alaska

 

Ingredients

  • 2- Graham Cracker Crusts
  • 1 - 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1- 16oz. Cool Whip
  • 1and1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 cups pecans-crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup coconut ( angel flake is best)

Directions

    Mix Cream Cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth
    Pour into crusts, chill.
    Toast nuts and coconut in butter until toasted and aromatic.
    Cool
    Puor on top of pies and drizzle caramel ice cream topping all over top.
    Freeze - Store in freezer
    Best served only slightly thawed.
