Directions
Spoon about 1/2 cup of meat mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla. A 2 tablespoons of cheese to each. Place seam side down in a 13x9x2 baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Spread salsa evenly over each enchilada. Bake 18 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and continue baking until cheese melts. Serve with chopped onion.
