EASY FRENCH PASTRY

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent rolls
  • 2 8oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Press one can of Crescent rolls into bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish. Seal perferations. Cream sugar, cheese and vanilla; spread over dough. Top with another layer of Crescent roll dough.

    Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and chopped pecans.

    Bake 30 minutes in 350-degree oven. Cool before cutting. Makes 24 pastries.
