Ingredients 9 c flour 8 t grated ginger 4 t baking soda 3 t cinnamon 2 t grated cloves 1/2 t salt 3 c shortening 4 c sugar 4 eggs 1 c molasses Directions Combine the first group of ingredients and bring to medium boil. Slowly add other ingredients Roll into 1-2 inch balls Roll in sugar Bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 12 -14 minutes. Do not overbake; cookies will be light brown and fluffy Makes about 75 cookies.   Submitted by Nadine & Carl Glassman on 12/4/00.
