Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well, kneading dough so it is compact (no holes). Form batter into two long rolls, about 2-4? in diameter. Bake rolls at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet (insulated type works best) for 20 minutes. Take out. Let cool slightly. Remove rolls carefully to cutting surface and slice diagonally ý?? thick. Lay pieces cut side down on cookie sheets and bake for additional 15 minutes (lightly browned.) OPTIONAL: Dip one end of cooled cookies in melted chocolate. Yum!
