PECAN MUFFINS

Zanoni, Missouri

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pioneer biscuit and baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup melted oleo or butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or put in lined muffin tins. Mix biscuit mix and cinnamon. Add vanilla and milk. Stir just until all is mixed. Add pecans, brown sugar, and oleo. Drop into liners. This will make 12 muffins. Allow to bake about 15 minutes. Don't overcook or they will be dry.
