Ingredients Sift together: 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder salt (optional) Add 1/2 cup diced butter or margarine Add 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup milk (mixed together) cinnamon and brown sugar for filling Directions Stir only until moistened. Turn out on floured board and fold gently 8 or 10 times until dough is gathered together. Roll out to roughly 10"X12". Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll together jelly roll fashion. Slice into 12 cinnamon rolls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees. Guests rave mmmmm!   Submitted by Marion Rolston on 2/5/99.
