SPANISH BREAKFAST BASKET

Ingredients

  • 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3/4 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 TSP. SALT
  • 1/2 TSP. RED PEPPER
  • 1 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TSP. SAZON
  • 1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 TSP. ONION POWDER
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER (2TBLS.PER PAN)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    Place 2 8" round pans in oven with 2 tbls. butter in each. Rotate pans until butter is melted and coats sides of pans.
    Beat remaining ingredients and divide batter evenly between pans.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes without opening the oven.
    The mixture will form a beautiful basket than I fill them with hash brown potatoes and peppers and onions and bacon or you can fill it with just about anything you like. Serve Hot. "YOUR GUEST WILL LOVE THEM"
