Directions
Gently clean strawberries; do not remove stem. Using a small syringe (sold in most gourmet cookware and specialty shops) inject each strawberry with Grand Marnier. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Carefully dip one side of each strawberry into melted chocolate. Place, chocolate side up, on greaseproof or wax paper to dry. If desired, chocolate side can be gently rolled onto separate sheet of waxed paper spead with finely chopped nuts before leaving to dry.
