Bed and Breakfast Inns of North Americahe Governor's House was built in 1850 in Talladega by a former Governor of Alabama. Five years ago we had it moved to our cattle farm where it is located on a knoll overlooking Logan Martin Lake. It affords real quiet, peaceful country living. The opportunity to watch the sunset across the lake from the broad, wrap-around front porch is hard to beat! Guests also enjoy strolling over the farm with a picnic basket and feeding the horses and ducks.
