on the premises Our Accommodations: Hart Room: The room, named in honor of Ferndale's prominent family, is comfortably spacious, yet private, being the only room of the house that has its own entrance and sitting porch, overlooking the gardens. Pets always welcome! Renaissance Room: A large, sunny room of corals & peach with views of Main Street and wooded hills. The room has a wonderfully soft queen size featherbed, down comforter and pillows, a private bathroom, clawfoot tub for 2 and shower. Brazil Room: The "Brazil" boasts an elegant palate of "Victorian Blues". Named after the Brazil family, one of the home's key architects in its creation, the room is filled with the charm and history of times gone by. It features a half-canopied featherbed, antique furniture and private bathroom with clawfoot tub and private balcony. Sun Porch Room: Spacious and inviting, with grand views, the room is kissed by the morning and evening sun. A large room, so three guests have it comfortable. is allowed on decks, balconies, and outside areas ONLY. Violations
are subject to be billed an additional night's room rate in order
to cover the cleaning expenses. Single Night Stays are available Sundays through Thursdays, except for holidays. For weekends, a two-night minimum stay is required. Please contact the innkeepers for details. Ferndale charges a transient occupancy tax of 8%, which is not included in the published rates. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast buffet and afternoon tea service. For an additional person, add $55, for an additional child under 16, add $25. Pets are welcome in designated rooms and on premises. Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and to keep them on a leash. Children over the age of 12 are welcome by arrangement and we ask our guests to please monitor their children so that all guests may enjoy a pleasant environment. We reserve the
right to hold guests liable for any damages caused in, on or around
premises during their stay, including but not limited to bedding,
mattresses, furniture, etc.
