Accommodations: Two Suites and Five Rooms. There are seven guest accommodations (5 with private baths). Single occupancy rate is between $ 89 and $ 299. Double occupancy rate is between $ 89 and $299. The rate for each additional person is $39.

A sumptuous homemade breakfast is included with room rate. Breakfast is served from: Typically from 9 to 10:30 am. Breakfast is served in the Gardens, Breakfast/dining area, Dining Room, in room. Minimum stay required (Weekends 2 to 4 nights). Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Garden areas only). We cannot accommodate guest pets. Children are welcome (Loves children but not childproof - talk to us about it). No childcare is provided. Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
Deposit amount required (The deposit is one full-price night or 50% of total payment, whichever is greater. Total payment due on arrival).

Cancellation Policy: A fourteen day notice is required to receive a refund of the deposit less a 10% processing fee. No refunds after check-in. In case of emergencies, a gift certificate is issued for a return stay.
