CELEBRATION SPECIAL
The first package is our Celebration Special, good year round, any
day of the week. It includes a two-night visit in one of our romantic
country cottages, a champagne basket filled with cheeses, crackers,
fresh fruits, a sweet or two and, you guessed it, a bottle of the
bubbly. Wešll also set up a time for two in-room massages, a perfect
way to unwind from the day. Youšll enjoy dinner for two at the famed
Albion River Inn, one of Mendocino Countyšs top five-star restaurants.
Prices for the Celebration Special range from $385 TO $600.
FALL FROLIC
Then therešs our Fall Frolic Special, good from Sept. 5th thruš Nov.
7th, weekdays only. Now that the kids are back in school, peace and
quiet have returned to the coast, so wešve decided to put together
a package expressly for adults. Our Fall Frolic special offers visitors
a split of one the superb wines produced locally, as well as several
delights from some of our local shops, like wine jellies made by Carol
Hall from Fort Braggšs Hot Pepper Jelly Company. Wešll even throw
in a couple of tickets to the world famous Mendocino Coast Botanical
Gardens and discount coupons to several of our local shops. For dinner,
wešll send you off for dinner for two at Sharonšs By the Sea, one
of the localšs favorite restaurants, tucked away in Noyo Harbor. This
harbor is a true working harbor (very few pleasure boats here), where
diners have a front row seat to watch salmon & crab boats returning
home from a day on the water. This special is good only for our weekday
guests and ranges from $285 to $435.
WINE & DINE
And our third special, wešre calling Wine & Dine, available from Sept.5th
to Nov. 7th. No sour grapes here. When you arrive, wešll present you
with a wine basket, complete with three splits of Mendocino Countyšs
marvelous wines, a guide map so you wonšt get lost and discount coupons
to several wineries. Of course, the basket will also include a variety
of cheeses, fruits and nibbles excellent for cleansing the palate
between sips. We will also set up your own VIP tour of one of our
local wineries, to either Pepperwood Springs, or Pacific Star, the
western-most winery in the continental United States. Just so you
wonšt have to worry about dinner either night of your visit, we will
make reservations for you to dine one night at the elegant MacCallum
House, and the next night, wešll assemble a picnic basket so you can
rough itš in front of the fireplace in your cottage. The hard part
is deciding which nights youšll eat in or dine out. The Wine & Dine
package is for weekday travelers and range in price from $350 to $500.
