to the Anniversary Inn Bed & Breakfast. Enjoy the beauty
of the Colorado Rockies in our 100-year-old log inn. Nestled on three
acres,
among spruce and pines, the inn provides a comfortable atmosphere for
adults seeking a quiet get-away. The main room features a moss-rock
fireplace where your renewal begins. A cozy den with game table and
cable TV calls you  to
relax and rejuvenate. Antiques, a touch of the southwest, and warm country
charm add to the romance of the inn which includes three guest rooms,
each with private bath and two with jetted tubs.
Each guest room is named after a Strauss waltz and has its own unique
country charm. Rates include a full breakfast as well as light refreshments
for two adults.

Woods Room —
Queen-sized bed, sitting area, comfortable antique furniture, skylight
in private bath with 5 foot marble-lined shower for two.
Emperor's Room — Queen-sized
bed, downstairs room, cozy sitting area, antique furniture, private
bath with shower and jetted tub for two.
Blue Danube Room — Queen-sized
bed, sitting area with fainting couch, private bath with separate
shower and jetted tub for two.
Sweetheart's Cottage — A
romantic guest room for two – a favorite with honeymoon and anniversary
couples. Queen-sized for poster bed, sitting area with fireplace and
reclining wing back chairs, jetted tub for two in a cozy alcove, private
bath with shower.
Your day begins
with a bountiful breakfast served on our glass enclosed porch and includes
fruit, freshly baked goods and a delicious entrée.
 Rocky
Mountain National Park is one mile away. Park Rangers provide information
and programs designed to help you enjoy the scenic wonders and wildlife
of the area. With over 350 miles of trails, both day hikers and backpackers
can experience the splendor of the
Colorado Rockies.
Just minutes away the quaint town of Estes Park is available for unique
shopping and affordable dining. The rooftop Rodeo, Wool Market, Horse
Shows, Fine Arts and Crafts Fairs, Scottish Irish Festival, Winter Trails
Weekend and other special events offer entertainment throughout the
year. Come catch the glow of the holiday season the day after Thanksgiving
with special festivities and a traditional holiday parade in downtown
Estes.

Our Inn is designed for one or two adults per guest room.
There are no facilites for pets. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Reservations require
a deposit equal to one night's lodging or
50% of multiple nights stays. Reservations made within 14 days
of arrival must be secured with a credit card.
Checks must be received within 7 days to hold a reservation.
