 eborah Donaldson and staff welcome you to the Cottonwood Inn Bed and Breakfast — a beautiful Craftsman style home and four square apartment building where hospitality is a way of life. Our 10 guest rooms and suites are uniquely decorated comfortable antiques and artwork by area artists. Guests begin each day with a scrumptious gourmet breakfast, highlighted with homemade jellies, sauces, muffins and regional specialties.
A typical day in the San Juan Valley may include a walk along the Rio Grande River, a visit to the Great Sand Dunes National Park or a ride on the Cumbres-Toltec Scenic Railway. The Cottonwood Inn offers a lovely parlor where may read or relax in conversation with other guests. Fresh baked cookies and iced beverages are available in the afternoon. The way you spend your time is totally up to you!
