Located in the heart of Breckenridge, the Evans House Bed and Breakfast is a fully restored 1886 Victorian home listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Photos and relics from the W.H. Evans Pharmacy days, circa 1906, fill our walls.

Colorado Room -- Features a four-poster, queen bed with down bedding and furniture reminiscent of the mining era. Private antique bath, wood decor, full attached bath. $77 summer/$114 ski season

Victorian Room -- Decorated with turn-of-the-century queen bed, hardwood floors, romantic setting, unattached shower. $63.50 summer/$100 ski season

Room with a View -- Overlooks ski slopes and town with king or twin beds and a relaxing Southwest American sitting area. Hide-a-bed ($30 extra per night) accommodates children comfortably. Full unattached bath. $68 summer/$104 ski season

Main Floor Room -- King or twin beds, country decor, full attached bath. $68 summer/$104 ski season

Itinerant Suite -- Queen-size log bedroom with separate living room, gas stove, full bath and Jacuzzi. Private entrance. Sleeps up to four ($30/hideabed). $90 summer/$140 ski season

Socialize, sip fresh ground coffee, enjoy a book or song in the common room with its colorful past and beautiful view of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area. Or, enjoy our 8 person hot tub in a wonderfully unique setting -- a historic shed with stained glass and a mountain view.

Winter activities are available at our front door on the free shuttle bus. Nightlife, restaurants, art galleries and shopping on Main Street are two blocks away. The summer sports, alpine slide, historical walking and mining tours, musical festivals and special events in our mountain climate are unforgettable. Wildflowers and colorful aspen trees highlight our spring and fall jeep tours and horseback rides. An excellent recreational facility is very close, as is our Jack Nicklaus golf course, Lake Dillon and gold medal fishing in the Blue River.

We serve full, delicious and healthy breakfasts including crepes, Belgian waffles, apple cinnamon French toast and popular egg dishes, just to name a few.

At The Evans House you will find on-site parking as well as bike and ski storage. A laundry facility is available across the street.
