he Key West Bed and Breakfast, also known as the Popular House, is a 110-year-old three-story home located on a quiet side street in old town Key West. Comfortable, friendly and filled with local art, The Popular House provides a memorable home for the Key West Bed and Breakfast. This beautifully restored Victorian mansion features spacious guest rooms, a convivial living room, and tropical gardens in a delightful Key West Setting. "The house bursts with color and character and its prices wont break the bank", says House and Gardens magazine.

Jody Carlson has owned the guesthouse for 15 years and she and her staff will help you find those special, out of the way spots the locals love so much. Each room is uniquely decorated; most in a Caribbean style, and, you are welcome to join us for a complimentary breakfast each morning.

King Room: Located on the ground floor, this room has a king size wrought iron canopy bed and twin day bed, private bath, hardwood floor, 13 foot ceilings, and it is one of the largest rooms in the house, (two persons).

Bates Room: Also on our ground floor this room has two double beds, private bath, hardwood floor, 13-foot ceilings, and it is one of the largest rooms in the house, (two persons).

Nuns Room: Twin size bed, (one person only) 11-foot ceilings, shared bathrooms, Mexican tile floors.

Mo's Room: Queen size bed, antique armoire, 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floor, shared bathroom, and this room overlooks the front porch.

Bella's Room: Queen size and twin bed, antique armoire, 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floor, and shared bathroom in the middle of the second floor.

Pink Room: Queen size bed, 11-foot ceilings, shared bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Yellow Room: Queen size bed, private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, hardwood floor, on the 2nd floor. This room has French doors leading out to its own private deck.

Blue Room: Queen size bed, private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, 2nd floor, hardwood floor, overlooking the back garden from its own private.

Front Room: Queen size bed, furniture is custom made from the over 100 year old original beams, private bathroom, Mexican tile floors, 3rd floor 5-foot French arch window with two rockers to enjoy the view.

Balcony Room: Queen size bed, furniture custom made from 100 year old original beams, private bathroom, Mexican tile floors, French doors going out on a small private balcony.

Rates vary for time of year and number of nights. Rate information are quotes and subject to change with availability until reservations are made.
