The Dunlap House is located on Gainesville's historic Green Street. Built in 1910, this 10 room Bed and Breakfast Inn provides a grand introduction to the charming elegance of the Old South.

Upon arriving at The Dunlap House, you will be greeted by our gracious staff and shown to your accommodations decorated with period furnishings. Relax in your room or in the common area where complimentary tea, coffee, or light refreshments are always available.

The Dunlap House was completely renovated in 1985 to assume its new role as North Georgia's luxury bed and breakfast inn. Each uniquely decorated room has a private bath with telephone. Designer linens and oversized cotton bath towels and a luxurious terry cloth bathrobe to relax in, are but a few of the special touches provided for our guests. All rooms are equipped with built-in, remote controlled cable television, telephones and either Queen or King-size beds. Fireplaces in some of our rooms add to the atmosphere for a special night at The Dunlap House.

Returning from dinner, you will find your bed turned down and our complimentary confection waiting for you. Your morning at The Dunlap House begins with complimentary European style breakfast served in your room or perhaps you would prefer the wicker-furnished veranda. A fine selection of pastries, breads and fruits, fresh juice, hot coffee or tea are served.
