Historic Maple Hill Manor is a beautiful Greek Revival Pre-Civil War Plantation
Home set on a tranquil country setting. Lavished with
numerous architectural features, it is accented with Italianate detail, spans
over 7,000 sq. ft., with 14' ceilings, 12' doorways, 9' windows, 13 original
rooms - most are 20' x 20' with some even larger, and a grand cherry floating
spiral staircase. Its colorful past includes stories of an Antebellum Plantation,
use as a Confederate Hospital, the Childhood Home to Phil Simms - former NY
Giants Quarterback and Super Bowl XXI's MVP, a popular Dinner Hall, and Children's
Home.

on the National Register of Historic Places and considered a Kentucky Landmark
Home. Today it is an award-winning Bed & Breakfast, Wedding/Special Events Showplace,

Each additional person age 12 and above, add $25. Children
under age 12 are welcome and only $12/child/night - with advance notice. Smoking
is not allowed inside due to the historic nature of the home. Smoking is allowed
outside. Guest pets are permitted - with advance notice and a $25 charge/night/pet.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted - you are welcome to bring your own. Deposit
Amount Required: Room held with Credit Card or Personal Check (received) - 50%
deposit required. Discounts available: Business Travel (two days, 10%), Extended
Stay (five days, 15%) No minimum stay required.
Cancellation: Unless given seven (7) day notice (seven days prior to
arrival date) of room cancellation, deposit must be forfeited plus a $25 processing
fee. Provided a seven day notice of cancellation is given, all monies less a
$25 processing fee will be refunded. (A One-Month advance notice is required
for Murder Mysteries or any other event requiring a Full House Rental - otherwise
the 50% deposit plus a $25 processing fee will be charged.) Trip Cancellation
Plan Available - request when making reservation: If you have to cancel up to
3 pm EST the day of your arrival, you get a full refund of your Deposit. The
cost of the plan is only 10% of your reserved room rate.
