Each additional person age 12 and above, add $25. Children under age 12 are welcome and only $12/child/night - with advance notice. Smoking is not allowed inside due to the historic nature of the home. Smoking is allowed outside. Guest pets are permitted - with advance notice and a $25 charge/night/pet. Consumption of alcohol is permitted - you are welcome to bring your own. Deposit Amount Required: Room held with Credit Card or Personal Check (received) - 50% deposit required. Discounts available: Business Travel (two days, 10%), Extended Stay (five days, 15%) No minimum stay required.

Cancellation: Unless given seven (7) day notice (seven days prior to arrival date) of room cancellation, deposit must be forfeited plus a $25 processing fee. Provided a seven day notice of cancellation is given, all monies less a $25 processing fee will be refunded. (A One-Month advance notice is required for Murder Mysteries or any other event requiring a Full House Rental - otherwise the 50% deposit plus a $25 processing fee will be charged.) Trip Cancellation Plan Available - request when making reservation: If you have to cancel up to 3 pm EST the day of your arrival, you get a full refund of your Deposit. The cost of the plan is only 10% of your reserved room rate.
