bed and breakfast conveniently located in the Creole Faubourg Marigny. At 2483
Royal Street (Corner of St Roch and
Royal) it is only 6 Blocks from the French Quarter.
Our guesthouse is the renovated second floor proprietor's home of Schiro's Grocery. It features comfortable and inviting accommodations (4 Guest Rooms and the Master Suite) with a New Orleans Creole / Caribe feel.
You will enjoy rooms that are elegant in their simplicity.
Each features a private bath(shower), hand crafted
queen size bed and armoire, in-room controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans,
hardwood floor, free local phone (shared phone), cable TV, and CD/Radio/Alarm
clocks. Some rooms also feature 12 foot ceilings and direct access to 
the
wrap-around balcony.
A Complimentary Full Hot Breakfast is served from 9 AM to 11 AM (continental breakfast is available from 7 AM to 9 AM) in Schiro's Community Cafe and Bar located downstairs.
The Café and Bar is a popular neighborhood
gathering place for our local collection of artists, musicians, and lets just
say "personalities", and offers authentic New Orleans comfort food,
knock your socks off cocktails, and great people watching.
