National Register of Historic Properties and is located in the downtown

Historic District.
Shops, antique stores and restaurants are a stroll away. Feed the ducks or take a barge tour down the Cane River Lake. Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride. A gallery encircles the second story of the house. A great place to sip morning coffee, the gallery is also the perfect vantage point from which to view the Christmas Parade, Mardi Gras floats, and the Steel Magnolia house situated just across the street.
Our three handsomely appointed guest rooms feature charming furnishings and private baths.
The King Room - King size Poster bed with private bath, suitable for 2 guests.
The French Quarters - A two room suite with Queen Bed and day bed that sleeps two. Includes private bath.
The Mardi Gras Suite - Third floor magical two room suite - sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with private bath. Once you ascend the stair case you will be enchanted with delight. Queen size poster bed, full size bed and sofa bed. Due to the third floor location, this room is not recommended for families with small children.
Full payment is due unless we are notified 7 days in advance of your scheduled reservation date. If we are able to re-book your room to another guest, we will offer a full refund. The La Louisiane Bed & Breakfast offers smoke free environment. Smoking is allowed on the porches and gallery. Sorry we do not accept pets at the La Louisiane Bed & Breakfast.
