Carol and Leonard Carter are pleased to serve as your hosts during your stay on Cape Cod. Each morning, a full continental breakfast and an assortment of homemade breakfast breads, fresh fruits, juices and hot beverages is served from 8:00 to 9:30. Enjoy breakfast either in the dining room or the garden, weather permitting. Enjoy the romantic gazebo, luxuriate in the hot tub, borrow a bike for a ride to the beach, or simply spend time with a good book in the living room. However you choose to relax, the Josiah Sampson House offers the opportunity for quiet contemplation and for meeting new friends. In its planned seclusion, the Village of Cotuit offers a quaint historic site for classic Cape-Cod ambiance.
