Carol and Leonard Carter are pleased to serve as your hosts during your stay on Cape Cod. Each morning, a full continental breakfast and an assortment of homemade breakfast breads, fresh fruits, juices and hot beverages is served from 8:00 to 9:30. Enjoy breakfast either in the dining room or the garden, weather permitting. Enjoy the romantic gazebo, luxuriate in the hot tub, borrow a bike for a ride to the beach, or simply spend time with a good book in the living room. However you choose to relax, the Josiah Sampson House offers the opportunity for quiet contemplation and for meeting new friends. In its planned seclusion, the Village of Cotuit offers a quaint historic site for classic Cape-Cod ambiance. The
famed Cahoon Museum, golfing, boating and antique shopping are all conveniently
accessible to our guests. Beautiful South Cape Beach, the Mashpee Woodlands
and Loop Beach are all a short distance away.
Enjoy exciting minor league baseball featuring the Cotuit Kettleers, or
play a few sets of tennis atthe Kings Grant Racquet Club adjacent to the
Josiah Sampson House, offering hard and clay courts.
Cape Cod is a bountiful host, pleasing her guest's wide range of taste. Day trips can include art and the fishing heritage of Provincetown, the scientific community of Woods Hole, or the ferry to one of the islands. Throughout the Cape, the hiker, bicyclist and beachcomber will enjoy an expansive variety of nature trails and beaches located in or near the National Seashore.
