Provincetown, MA

Welcome to Land's End Inn. Perched atop Gull Hill, Land's End Inn commands a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. Its windows present inspiring vistas of Provincetown and its harbor, the upper and lower bay, salt-marshes and the dunes.

Built at the turn of the century, the Inn was originally a summer bungalow for Charles Higgins, a Boston merchant. It still houses part of the Higgins' collection of oriental wood carvings, stained glass and beautiful antiques. Amid luxuriant gardens the Inn successfully retains an air of quiet and relaxation, offering an attractive escape from the bustle of the outside world. Located at the West End of Provincetown, Land's End Inn is close to the National Seashore beaches and within a ten minute walk of the shops, galleries and restaurants in town.

Many pleasures can be found in each season at Land's End. Lounge on our wrap-around porch and watch the light change in the summer sky. Enjoy the fall and the lingering days of Indian summer. Stroll the winter beaches and return to sit by the fire. Spring brings a host of daffodils and an astounding, colorful array of migrating birds. The Inn offers a wide variety of accommodations. There are sixteen rooms all with private baths. Some rooms accommodate four people comfortably. Three apartments with cooking facilities can sleep up to four persons. Rising above the house are two Tower Rooms and the Loft Suite, the finest rooms available on the Cape. Living-room areas are luxurious, though informal, offering guests the opportunity to mix socially or relax in privacy. The complimentary Continental breakfast, available each morning, continues to be the central social event of the day.
