season porches,
wide pine floorboards and original wavy glass windows of the early 19th
century when it was built. It's situated on three house lots with ample
grass, trees and plantings to enjoy from the chaise lounges, picnic
table, or benches in the yard.
The location
is ideal for day trips to Boston, Plymouth, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket,
Block Island, Providence, Cape Cod, and Connecticut. Maps and brochures
are provided on site
for your use. One can enjoy active sight seeing, or relax and nestle
in with one of our books which are yours for the keeping. Enjoy the
charm and comfort provided by the lodging and daily country fresh breakfasts.
It
is our intention to continue to provide a place as cozy, accommodating
and friendly as it always has been when mom Nichols was welcoming all
who came for a visit. Join us for a night, week, or several weeks. Return
for the change of seasons which are dramatic in New England. In room
