overlooking Chipmans Cove and Wellfleet Harbor. French doors, large windows,
open ceilings with
exposed beams, polished concrete floors and a large garden contribute
charm and ambiance. Harbor
beaches are minutes away on foot if you take the path to the cove. For
the more ambitious, except at high tide, a stroll along the harbor edge
leads to Cannon Hill Park, Uncle Tim's (walking) Bridge and the center
of Wellfleet. Here one can find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and
a real taste of 'Olde Cape Cod'.
 Miles
of Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay beaches and sparkling ponds are in
the National Seashore
for hiking, sailing, birding, swimming or fishing. Hammock, deck chairs
and a library of books, videos and CD's await more relaxing pursuits.
The Captain's Studio
is a 25 X 25 room with and sitting area on the upper level with panoramic
views of the harbor and sunsets. It is ideal for a romantic getaway.
The Beach Suite occupies the entire lower level and has three bedrooms
and a large living area with a wet bar/kitchenette. The Beach Suite
may be rented by two to six people in a related group. It is ideal for
a family or group vacation.

There is NO SMOKING indoors. The house is NOT childproof, however small
babies and well-behaved older children are welcome as long as parents
take full responsibility to supervise their children. Pets are not permitted
in any of the rooms. We will refer a local kennel. (We have two yellow
labs but they are not allowed in guest areas.)
