Scarborough
Fair Bed and Breakfast has six guest rooms, each with private bath.
Four rooms have working fireplaces, two have whirlpool tubs and all
are air-conditioned for your comfort in summer. Complimentary beverages
are always available in the dining room cupboard and in late afternoon,
you'll find sweet treats in the dining room as well. In the morning,
breakfast will be served in the Inn's cheerful French blue and yellow
dining room, and we promise you won't go away hungry!

Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a $30.00 charge
for each additional person.
Guests are required to send as a deposit the full amount for a one-or
two-night reservation.
For three or more nights, a 2 night room rate deposit will apply,which
will be credited to the
final two days of your reservation. Deposits must be received within
7 days after making
your reservation or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation
will be sent
upon receipt of deposit. If you need to cancel or shorten a stay,
your deposit will be
returned in full for a cancellation occurring more than 14 days before
the intended
arrival date. For cancellation less than 14 days in advance of reservation
date,
the deposit will be returned minus a $20.00 administrative charge
if we are
able to re-rent the room. Any balance due is payable at check-in.
Non smoking property, well behaved children over
