The Belmont Inn

he Belmont Inn has welcomed guests to the heart of Camden ever since the 1920s. Located on the quiet side of town only two blocks from the harbor and shops, it was originally built before the turn of the century as a gracious Edwardian home. Now lovingly restored and filled with the perfume of fresh flowers, its rooms are thoughtfully decorated with fine furnishings and original floral watercolors by Jo Spiller, a talented Camden artist. Some rooms have such amenities as CD players, air conditioning, old fashioned cast-iron tubs, and gas-fire stoves. A very filling gourmet country breakfast is included.
