ocated on a quiet side street in historic Kennebunkport, this gracious 1804 federal style mansion has been meticulously restored and filled with antiques and period reproductions. Fifteen spacious and immaculate guestrooms are individually named and appointed. Exceptional amenities include fresh flowers, fireplaces, down-filled comforters, supersoft linens, Italian tiled baths and whirlpool spas.

As innkeepers we are committed to providing our guests with immaculate well appointed guest and common rooms, and also the best service. Accordingly, we create a full bountiful home-made breakfast every morning with a fruit course, hot entree and freshly baked muffins, breads or coffee cakes. Breakfast is served by candle light in front of a warm fire, or in the summer months, on the sunny terraces overlooking the gardens.

Tea, hot mulled cider, fresh squeezed lemonade and home-baked sweets are served in the delightful garden room every afternoon.
