wo very different structures compose this little inn located on a 115 acres of maple woods and a mile of private lakeshore in picturesque Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The Homestead, original to the property, was built in 1902 by Swedish immigrants. This large farmhouse has been fully restored and offers 3 luxury suites; each with fireplaces, whirlpools, private lakeside balconies, imported linens and comforters, sitting areas, antique furnishings, and private breakfast.

The Log House, circa 1889 and across the meadow, was built by the innkeeper's great-grandfather. It was moved intact 80 miles to rest on a knoll overlooking Spirit Lake. The logs still wear their original whitewash and the house is furnished with family heirlooms. Each of the two rooms have private, lakeside porches, luxury linens, antique furnishings and quilts, refrigerators and coffee service.
