Bed and Breakfast Inns of North America elcome to Gaines Landing Bed & Breakfast. This is your oasis from the busy day you've had enjoying all the activities and attractions Branson has to offer. Your private hot tub is only minutes from the "strip" and in the middle of all the action. You can rest by the pool enjoying one of our complementary refreshments. The poolside entrance to your spacious room lets you get in and out for freshening up before an evening's show or dinner in one of the area's fine restaurants. Gaines Landing has the best location in town for easy access to all of Branson's attractions.

Even though we are located at the edge of old downtown Branson, you will feel like you are in the woods while relaxing in our swimming pool. There is always a refreshment waiting poolside.

Each of our luxury rooms has its own private hot tub waiting to help you slow down and enjoy the view:

The Bear's Den (poolside): A unique lodge style room with fireplace, wet bar, private bath, king size bed, private outdoor hot tub, outside entrance, refrigerator, microwave, and TV/VCR.

Rose Garden Room (at poolside): King bed, twin daybed, TV/VCR, private bath, an outdoor hot tub, outside entrance, refrigerator, and coffee pot.

Sea Shore Room (at poolside): King bed, TV/VCR, private bath, an outdoor hot tub, outside entrance, and refrigerator.

Enjoy a full country breakfast in the morning on the deck overlooking the pool and scenic rolling hills or in the large dining room. Low fat and/or vegetarian needs will be accommodated upon request. Complimentary beverages are awaiting you upon arrival.

Directions to Gaines Landing: From the intersection of Highway 65 and 76, turn east, toward the Central Business District (downtown). You will see McDonald's; turn left (north) on 6th Street, just before you pass McDonald's, and go one block. You will be at our driveway.

Advance reservations are recommended and a deposit is required. Rates are for double occupancy, excluding tax, and include a full breakfast. Please add $15 for each additional person in room. A two night minimum is necessary for holiday weekends. Group rates (up to 12) and multiple night discounts are available. Please call for quotes on longer stays, multiple rooms or whole house rates.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded up to five days notice, less a $10 service charge. With less than five days notice, a $20 service charge will be retained. If the room can be rebooked, no charge will be made.
