Fairview Inn is a Colonial Revival mansion, built in 1908 for an
Illinois lumber family, designed by Chicago architect Robert Closson
Spencer, an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright. Listed on National Register
of Historic Places. Located in Old Jackson near State Capitol Building,
medical complexes, professional and financial centers, museums. Cover

1994. Selected one of Country Inns "Top Inns of 1994." Fairview
offers fifteen suites and three double rooms, all individually decorated,
