ayne's Hill Bed & Breakfast is a historic and centrally located establishment. The recently restored 120 year old New Englander is situated on 2 acres near the center of the town of Dover. Each room is beautifully appointed with comfortable and unique furnishings. All rooms have been updated with modern conveniences and include cable and color TV's. House guests are invited to enjoy the living room where a color TV, VCR, stereo, movies, books and games are available for entertainment.

There is a piano and other instruments for your pleasure in the Music Room. You will love our wonderful new gazebo which seats 20 plus people. This awesome structure complements the beautiful back yard. It features full sound, power for special events, built in benches and of course lights with full dimming capabilites for your evening adventures. The Gazebo is perfect for your special events such as weddings, other special ceremonies, and a variety of activities. It's a great place to just sit, relax, listen to the music and enjoy the birds.
