Once the largest Peach Orchard in NH, you may pick your own in season
apples, Most days you
will see deer in the meadow from the three season porch. Many simply
take a walk down to the beaver pond, sit quietly with a book to read
and wait. There is the possibly a blue heron will fly in and join you.

Rosemary and Fred James Smoking is not allowed. We cannot accommodate
guest pets. Limitations on children staying (Appropriate for 8 years
and older). No childcare is provided. Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
Minimum stay required (2 nights during busy weekends. Please call
for details). Deposit amount required (One night deposit for each
room received within 5 days of placing reservation).
