Bed and Breakfast Inns of North Americahe Under the Elm Bed and Breakfast is an historic bed and breakfast on a quiet, private setting of 40 acres with pastoral views. One of the few surviving Elm Trees in New HampshireUnder the Elm Bed and Breakfast stands on the west of the Inn, 80 feet tall and dwarfing the Inn as it has over the past 100 years, a reminder of days of old.

You are truly a guest at this historic landmark with four uniquely furnished rooms. Once the largest Peach Orchard in NH, you may pick your own in season apples, Under the Elm Bed and Breakfastblueberries, raspberries or grapes to compliment the signature "Under the Elm Breakfast". Our guests always compliment this full breakfast that includes home baked delicacies and fresh fruit enjoyed with new friends on the screened porch or dining room with a fireplace, early paneling and a wide pine board floor.

Most days you will see deer in the meadow from the three season porch. Many simply take a walk down to the beaver pond, sit quietly with a book to read and wait. There is the possibly a blue heron will fly in and join you. Others are here toUnder the Elm Bed and Breakfast enjoy the color in the fall and relax Under the Elm.

Smoking is not allowed. We cannot accommodate guest pets. Limitations on children staying (Appropriate for 8 years and older). No childcare is provided. Consumption of alcohol is permitted. Minimum stay required (2 nights during busy weekends. Please call for details). Deposit amount required (One night deposit for each room received within 5 days of placing reservation).
Cancellations: Refunds will be made if reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival.
If room is rented deposit will be returned.
