estled in the mountains of Northern New Mexico, Taos must certainly be heaven on earth. Spend timeless moments following the Rio Grande, hiking along the gorge or skiing the mountain trails. More magical andhealing with each season, it is always the perfect time for a visit to Taos.

Dreamcatcher Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated on La Lomita Road, a pleasant walk to historic Taos Plaza. Spend a lazy summer afternoon rocking in our hammocks or snuggle up with a book on a winter's eve in front of your kiva fireplace. From waking to our in-room coffee to unwinding beneath the starts in our hot tub, the Dreamcatcher will make your stay in Taos an unforgettable experience.

Taos offer quick access to three great ski areas (Taos Ski Valley, Red River, Angle Fire), exciting river rafting in the spectacular Rio Grande Gorge, numerous hiking trails in the gorge and in Kit Carson National Forest, along with plenty of places to explore on your mountain bike.

As always, there are great art galleries (including R.C. Gorman's Navajo Gallery a short five minute walk away), museums and an abundance of unique shops.

Chef's who have cooked in great restaurants around the world operate many of the fine dining establishments in Taos. One of your most difficult decisions will be selecting which ones to visit during your stay. Innkeepers Bob and Jill will assist you in deciding and will arrange for reservations.

At Dreamcatcher all of our rooms feature a private exterior entrance, private bath, wood burning or gas log fireplaces, in room coffee maker, refrigerator, ceiling fan, radio/cassette player and comfortable robes. Several rooms have satellite TV.

Three rooms are attached to the main house. Four rooms are divided between two separate casitas (small houses). Two of the casita rooms offer wheelchair accessibility.

Dreamcatcher Suite- Two bedrooms joined by the bath. Dreamcatcher's three large windows offer the best view of the courtyard. It is the perfect room to catch your dreams and a nap. Queen beds/shower/kiva fireplace. Extra charges apply for third and fourth persons.

Kachina- This room obtains its charm from the one-of-a-kind turquoise, heated tile floor. Shares a casita* with Pueblo. Queen bed/shower/kiva fireplace.

Pueblo- Oooh's and ahh's fill the air as soon as the guestroom door is opened. A beautiful room that shares a casita* with Kachina. King bed/shower/kiva fireplace/heated tile floor.

Geko's Garden- Step down into the inn's largest room, spacious and unique with a traditional viga ceiling, tile floor and adobe walls. Find out why it is our most requested room. Attached to the main house. King bed / kiva fireplace / shower.

Kokopelli- Quiet, light and airy, this room is the perfect place to relax. Shares a casita* with Storyteller in the private, wooded back area. Queen bed/shower/gas fireplace/heated tile floor/satellite TV.

Storyteller- A romantic room that has a nice view of the courtyard. Shares a casita* with Kokopelli. Queen bed/shower/gas fireplace/heated tile floor/satellite TV.

Fetish Bear- Our repeat guests select this secluded room time and time again. Step outside and sink into one of the courtyard hammocks. Queen bed/tub-shower/kiva fireplace.

Our delicious breakfasts will be the perfect start for your Taos adventures. We feature cooked to order hot entrees (incredible omelets, sumptuous cinnamon-raisin French toast and more!) and selections of fresh fruit, cereals and fresh baked breads or muffins. We serve breakfast each morning between 7:45 and 8:45 am. Since we cook to order you are welcome to join us at any point during the breakfast hour.
