country farmstead, nearing two centuries in age, conveniently situated 8 miles southwest of Cooperstown and 17 miles north of Oneonta. After your journey to our area or after a long day of taking in the area's attractions, come relax with us. We have tastefully renovated and expanded our home to provide three guest rooms, each with a private bath that has a shower. The Inn has Queen and full size beds. Scrumptious breakfasts are served every morning. Our home is also smoke free.

We have three resident cats which preclude us from welcoming guest pets. Rates are adjusted seasonally and "high" season rates range from $85 to $135 per night (May through October) and "quiet" season rates range from $65 to $105 per night (November through April) plus 9% sales/bed tax. We accept cash and checks but not credit cards. Payment of the first night's stay is required to secure a deposit. 3% of our proceeds are donated to the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
