Completely renovated in 1997, this estate on Millionaires Row, with it's breathtaking views will make you feel like you've been on a cruise without ever leaving shore. The Boathouse Bed and Breakfast is located on Lake George in the town of Bolton Landing next to the historic Sagamore Hotel and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, boat rentals, two parks with public beaches and tennis courts. Built in 1917 as the summer home of speed boat racer and Gold Cup recipient George Reis, the term " boathouse" does not do it justice.The boathouse was the home of the speed boat El Lagarto which won three Gold Challenge Cup races for George Reis in 1933, 1934 and 1935 on his own, Queen of Lakes, Lake George.
