he Ohio River House B&B is a pleasant drive from Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington and surrounding communities. We are located in the heart of the small river town of Higginsport, Ohio just 35 miles east of Cincinnati on scenic US Rt 52. The Ohio River House Bed and Breakfast is surrounded by two acres of landscaped grounds with over 500 feet of private riverfront with a lovely terrace at rivers edge. The stately and elegantly appointed home boasts a new veranda, and antique-filled guest and public rooms all capturing the ambiance of years past. Take a short drive, "getaway" and relax in the beautiful and tranquil setting of the Ohio River Valley at the Ohio River House B&B.

Our Bed and Breakfast offers large guest rooms, private baths, and suites or apartments for those desiring additional space or privacy. A full family style breakfast in the large brick-floored kitchen is included, as well as evening snacks and beverages for the relaxing time at either rivers edge or in the comfort of the parlor or spacious living room boldly decorated in a manner reminiscent of an old Paddle Wheel Riverboat.
