We would like to invite you to join us in our beautifully decorated home. We are sure you will enjoy the comfortable living room with vaulted open-beam ceilings. Throughout our home there are large windows with views of the landscaped gardens.

This custom built home is light and airy, with a blend of decor that will have you feeling right at home. Your memorable stay includes a delicious, full homemade breakfast, served in the dining room , or on the patio on pleasant mornings.

Each guest room has individual heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

Heavenly Suite -- Located upstairs with a comfortable queen and twin bed. This spacious suite has vaulted ceilings, private balcony and a large writing table. Cathedral windows give views of both the park and our private yard landscaped with ponds, a waterfall, trees and flowers. Twin swivel rocking chairs provide for relaxing comfort as you read or watch television. The private bath features a skylight and bathtub with a shower. Many additional amenities beautifully decorated for your comfortable stay.

Sweet Dreams -- A soft pastel room that is warm and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with soft wallcoverings, pictures and open-beam ceilings. You may choose twin beds or a king bed for your comfort. Located on the main floor (no stairs). Private bath includes Jacuzzi tub with shower.

Mr. Sandman -- This room boasts a blend of yesteryear with a light and airy feeling of going to Grandma's house. Vaulted ceiling, with unique decorations. The antique double bed, mirror and rocking chair says, "Rest here." Located on the main floor (no stairs). Private bath includes bathtub with shower.

Kitchenette/Sitting Room -- Short term rates weekly or monthly are available for our guests that would like to stay a minimum of two weeks. The kitchenette is furnished with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee pot, cooking ware, and serving ware. This room also has a couch and television set. Located directly across the hall from Sweet Dreams and Mr. Sandman rooms.

We are located directly across the street from Willamalane Park. Facilities include a swimming pool and tennis courts. During the summer, special events and concerts are held there.

We are conveniently located with restaurants and antique shops close by. A 10 minute drive to University of Oregon, the Hult Center of the Performing Arts, Autzen Stadium: Home of the Oregon Ducks football team and where special events are held during the year. Springfield shopping mall and Valley River Center Mall are less than 10 minutes away.

Whatever you choose, you will enjoy coming "home" to your quiet room at Park View Bed and Breakfast to relax on the patio or in the gardens listening to the sounds of the waterfall and birds singing while watching the squirrels play among the trees and flowers.
