his 1920's Bed and Breakfast offers casual elegance in a country setting. Stroll the spacious grounds or breathe in the pastoral view from the lovely stenciled porch with wicker furnishings. On cooler days curl up beside the large stone fireplace where you may relax, read, enjoy board games and puzzles or watch TV. Afternoon refreshments are offered during stay.

Each charming guest room, named for the wildlife in the area, is decorated for comfort and offers a queen size bed, private bath, robes and hairdryer. Most rooms have views of property and one room offers a romantic fireplace and private balcony. Air conditioned for summer comfort and heated beds for winter chills.

Every morning a delicious full breakfast, carefully prepared using local and seasonal products, is served by candlelight in the dining room or on the porch, weather permitting. We will accommodate dietary restrictions when necessary. Breakfast usually consists of juice, beverage, a variety of fresh fruits or cereals; eggs, French toast or pancakes prepared in seasonal fare.

This B&B is convenient to major attractions, antiquing, golf, hiking, farmer markets, outlet shopping, history, culture and rural scenic beauty. Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Longwood Gardens, and Philadelphia is within an hours drive.
